Steps how to reproduce with server installation of Version: 6.1.0.3 (x64)
Build-ID: efb621ed25068d70781dc026f7e9c5187a4decd1
CPU-Threads: 4; BS: Windows 6.1; UI-Render: GL;
Gebietsschema: de-DE (de_DE); Calc: group threaded, Tango theme:

1. Launch LibO from Desktop Icon
2. Menu 'Tools ->Options -> Language Settings -> Languages'
CRASH 😥

a) That also happens with newly created user profile

6.1.0.3 does not like my Desktop Computer

Too few time currently for backtrace, may be I can do that in 2 or 3 weeks.

I'm asking just in case because I know the great job you did on QA LO during
many years, did you check you had the latest graphic card drivers?
Indeed, since LO uses OpenGL, it can be related.
Of course, Xisco's suggestion will help to confirm this.
If it's the case and if you indeed have last graphic card drivers, "locate
<user profile>/cache/opengl_device.log, and attach it to the bug report."

Cannot reproduce it with LibO 6.1.0.3 on Windows 10 X64. I even changed the
language to swedish, and it worked, the menues are in swedish. So there must be
some other reasons than Libo that cause the trouble.
