Description:
Base point setting resetting after closing the dialog

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Draw
2. Insert a smiley
3. Select the smiley & press F4
4. Position and size tab -> set a different base point (for both)
5. Press OK
6. Press F4 again (basepoint setting is reset to default)

Actual Results:
Base point setting is back to initial state

Expected Results:
Remember the base point setting, I think. I'm not in expert in this area there
could be some hidden logic


Reproducible: Always

Any clue how this should work exactly?

I don't think there is an actual setting/feature/whatever that stores this.
Its just a temp thing during the dialog lifetime to set from which point to
position/resize this (?)
