Description:
A grey screen for 5 seconds when opening/restoring a presentation with complex
drawing. Also slow when moving around.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 133616 (bug 108116) with OpenGL enabled
2. Notice the empty screen when opening the file
3. Minimize the document
4. Restore the document -> Notice the empty screen when opening the file
5. Also notice the slow vertical/horizontal scrolling


Actual Results:
It's slow and laggy

Expected Results:
A bit faster; like non-OpenGL

I can more or less confirm with 6.2 beta1 / Windows 7.

Perhaps it doesn't take 5 seconds to open at first, only 2-3s but scrolling
around is definitely slow, and doing that and closing/reopening the file a few
times slows things down to 5s level, which is interesting.
