The bug is confirmed using Win 7 Home Premium SP1 64-bit with LibreOffice
4.4.0.3. The date is correct but the time is 0:00 for all entries. Opening the
same file in MS office does display the correct time of day.

time value gets cut off around line 6880 in file spreadsheetml2ooo.xsl in
template "create-table-cell-attributes".

In LO, Cell I4 displays as "40891.661377".

In Excel Version 1811 (Build 11029.20079) the same cell displays in a date
format "2011-12-14 15:52"
