Using the attachment 147398 [details] I cannot reproduce the problem, I have
text and the columns/rows are displayed correct

Screen clip shows Colibre, so assumed OP on a Windows build. This font
corruption on the horizontal ruler, as in dupe bug 121269, has been Windows
only.

Its not affecting all docs from this user.
But for some docs it's 100% reproducable.
